2. Processing Time

◆ In-stock Products: Orders received before 4:00 p.m. (ET), Monday through Saturday, are typically shipped within 1-3 business days.

◆ Verification: Initial orders or alternate shipping addresses may require additional verification time for security.
3. Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.
4. Delivery & Lost Packages

◆ Carrier Responsibility: Cloudward is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. It is the responsibility of the receiver to locate lost or missing packages. We will, however, do everything in our power to assist you.

◆ Claims: If a package is marked as "Delivered" but is missing, please contact your local courier immediately for the fastest resolution. Also, if you notice any issues with your shipment, the fastest way to resolve it is to contact the local courier directly, as this gives the best chance of recovering your package.

◆ Unclaimed Packages: If a package is returned to us or lost because it was not picked up in time, we are not responsible for the loss.
